The Operator Filter

Don’t start with the tool.
Start with the work.

What task is repetitive?Look for research, analysis, follow-up, reporting, or coordination that consumes time every week.
What context does the agent need?Good outputs depend on clear inputs, guardrails, and source material.
Where does judgment stay human?Use the agent to shorten the work — not replace the operating decision.

Why I’m Sharing It

Most AI content is either too technical or too shallow.

This guide does a good job of putting several agent tools into plain English. It gives you a quick way to understand what each category is designed to do before you spend hours testing everything yourself.

The point is not to adopt every tool. It is to identify the workflows where an agent can remove low-value work while you keep control of the operating judgment.

PPO View

Tools matter.
Workflow design matters more.

In dealership operations, the advantage is rarely access to another AI tool. The advantage comes from connecting the right data, the right question, and a repeatable decision process.
