Profitable Pre-Owned (“PPO”) is an independent, education-focused platform created to help used-car operators better understand market signals, inventory risk, and listing performance through structured frameworks and training systems.

What PPO Provides

• Educational resources, playbooks, and frameworks for analyzing inventory and listing performance
• Guided implementation support designed to help teams apply systems consistently
• Advisory-style listing reviews based on publicly observable market and listing signals

What PPO Does Not Do

PPO is designed to support learning and better decision-making. It does not provide operational management services for dealership inventory or act as a substitute for a dealership’s internal processes, staff, or vendor systems.

• No dealership operational control or management
• No use of proprietary internal company data
• No representation as an agent of any dealership group or vendor

Independence & Boundaries

PPO is offered independently. To avoid any appearance of conflicts, services are not offered to, nor intended for, dealerships affiliated with the author’s current employer.
